Classes

  • Beginners: (ages 6-15) 6:00-6:30 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays
  • Kid Karate: (ages 6-15) 5:00-6:00 p.m. or 6:30-7:30 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays
  • Adult Karate: 7:30-9:00 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays
  • Kali / JKD (Jeet Kune Do): 6:00-7:30 p.m. Wednesdays
  • Tai Chi: 9:00-10:00 a.m.​ Saturdays
